This CAES brand style guide offers practical guidance for brand and logo use, visual design, messaging and tone — empowering communicators across the college to present our work with accuracy, credibility and confidence. Below you will find marketing tools that OMC has created for each CAES department. These include printable rack cards about what each department has to offer students, complementary web pages with student testimonials as well as brand anthem videos. Please incorporate these items into your communications as you see fit. Also, please note that these are all available for download on the CAES intranet.

How to print rack card files

Instructions for submitting rack card files to Bulldog Print for reprints:

Click on “Job Request Form” under “Send Us Your Jobs.”

Fill out the following information:

• Speedtype or account info
• Quantity
• Finished size – 3.5 x 8.5”
• Description – double-sided rack card
• Bleed – yes
• Paper – card stock

Under Print, select FR/Back, Color

Include the PDF file names at the bottom of the form, and click “Attach Files to Job Request” and us the uploader to send the PDFs.
